Got an email the other day from someone interested in one of the geckos, and they basically said, oh they saw the page hadn't been updated since the 9th (it's since been updated today... I removed the one gecko that was on hold w/ deposit and has since has gone home).
Maybe this is a surprise to some... but the reason the gecko page wasn't updated since the 9th... was cause there were no updates! This is primarily a chinchilla rescue, so while we do adopt out guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, geckos, and other animals... they unfortunately don't find homes nearly as fast as the chins do.
Does the chin page sometimes change daily? Sure! Heck, sometimes I email someone back about an animal, and an hour later, someone shows up and adopts it. Sometimes it's not up-to-date for very long. But usually, for the other animals (whether geckos, or guinea pigs, or whatever)... usually those are pretty up-to-date... mainly because they don't move so fast.
Of course, everyone is welcome to contact and ask if the website is up to date or whether a certain animal is still available... but just cause you haven't seen an update, doesn't mean I haven't updated... it may be simply that there's nothing to update.
